Jatheesan Rajendran mentioned some important points for solve Tamizhan problem with Srilankan coastal guards
The Tamizhian were facing problem with the Srilankans past 40 years, some were arrested by the coastal guard, somewhere attacked by them and some people were lost their livelihood materials to the Srilankan coastal guard. And the peak of the issue is some were killed by the Srilankans. The Tamizhans were struggling while in their work station.
The Tamilnadu government not taken valuable action against the Tamizhan problem, the state government wrote a letter to Central government. But the Central Government ignores the Tamizhan issues.
Since 1976 the International Boundary line marked and signed by two countries. The width of the distance is about 50 to 80 kilo meters. The rules of the agreement are not cross the boundary line without permit. But it is not a major issue to kill the Tamizhans. If they cross it means they must arrest them, they do not have a rights to killed them. The Srilankan aims are to be eliminating the Tamizhans not only in their country and also in the other countries where Tamizhans are alive. Why Tamizhans cross the boundary means there is no identification about the boundary line. They don’t know have the land mark to discover their country boundary line.
GPS will aid them to find their boundary line which avoids attack from Srilankans. The government should provide training about the GPS instrument training. Provide smart card this will help them to protect them and their livelihood materials from Sirlankan and the government must bring a law to the Srilankans if some where crossed the boundary means they must arrest them not killed anyone. These will control the Srilankans racism attack with Tamizhans
