The boy has prepared an air cooling fan with the water bottle and fan. First he cut some thin rod which used to bend and tie it. He takes three filled water bottles from the freezer as well and cut some thin rod for tie it in the fan. Cut the lengthy rod and fixed with the fan. Then he hangs the water bottle in the fan with the iron rod and rubber.
Remaining two bottles tie by thin rod, in the neck of the bottle and used for hang in the fan. The water bottles hanged like this right and left side. Then he switch on the fan when it functioned and turned right and left side by the cooling water bottle the freeze water bottle cooling nixed in the air and reduce the temperature. It works on the table fan it is quiet enough for the one or two persons when they fell hot. It is a very useful idea one who prepares an air cooler by the waste material which reduces the temperature and brings cold air when it functioned.
